They are acoustically treated to reduce ambient noise and reflections, with isolated HVAC. While no space is absolutely soundproof, our dialogue stages are engineered for clean production audio.

We maintain house grip and select lighting packages; partner referrals are available for specialty gear and crew. Bring your preferred team — we’re vendor-friendly.
7+ days: full refund of studio time; 3–6 days: 50% due; within 72 hours: 100% due. Third-party services may have stricter terms.
